The legendary singer was born on April 3, 1956, as Luis Miguel González Bosé in Panama City, Panama. His parents, of Italian and Spanish descent, are Luis Miguel Dominguín, a bullfighter, and Lucia Bosè, an actress.

Miguel grew up alongside his siblings Lucía Dominguín and Paola Dominguín. He was always with very creative people and lovers of art and acting, and so his creative instincts had been applied from a very young age. When he started out as an actor, he decided to study a little more art, while he also began to study dance and singing. Miguel Bose acted in many movies, like Vera, un cuento cruel (174), Cosa de locos (1981), La Reine Margot (1994) Libertarias…. (1996), and La Mirada del otro …. (1998).

As a musician, Miguel Bose released his first album “Linda” in 1977, followed by “Miguel Bosé” the very next year. In the following three years the album “¡Chicas! (1979), “Miguel” (1980) and “Más allá” (1981) were released. He also released other albums, including “Salamandra” (1986), “Los chicos no lloran” (1990), Velvetina (2005), Cardio (2010), and his latest album Amo (2014). As already mentioned, the parents of the Panamanian-born singer are Lucia Bosè and Luis Miguel Dominguín. His mother was a model before becoming an actress, whose career spanned six decades, while his father, Luis Miguel Dominguín, was a Spanish bullfighter. Miguel Bose’s paternal grandfather, Domingo Dominguín, was also a legendary bullfighter.

Bose’s parents married in Las Vegas in 1955, and they got him a year later. Their marriage, which produced two more children, ended in 1968, and his mother never remarried, but his father married Rosario Primo de Rivera in 1987. The two were together until his death in 1996.

To the surprise of many, it was revealed in 2018 that the former actor and singer was in a relationship with the private sculptor Nacho Palau. The two men had been partners for 26 years without the public knowing about it. In fact, it only came to light when they parted ways and Nacho wanted to have access to their children.

Previously it was believed that he had two children, but as it turned out, together with his partner, who is over two decades old, they had four children born through surrogacy.
