As a senior, he recorded 126 total tackles while also rushing 11 times for 50 yards and was selected Class AAA All-State honorable mention by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He concluded the season with 126 tackles, including 89 solo stops, and was ranked as one of the top 50 outside linebackers in the country by 247Sports. Davis began a semester early in January 2017 while enrolled at Kentucky. He appeared in all 13 games as a freshman, ending with 10 tackles.

Jamin has 32 tackles, one sack, two quarterback hurries, and one interception in 2019. In 2020, he observed a significant development in his game and was also an All-America Honourable Mention. Jamin was the only player in the FBS in 2020 with at least 100 tackles and three interceptions, finishing with 144 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and five interceptions.
