The Belgian was born on 7 January 1991 in the Belgian town and municipality of La Louvière as Eden Michael Hazard. He was born into a family of football players with a father, Thierry, who played football in his early years. His mother, Carine Hazard, was also a football player and played as a striker in the Belgian women’s league.

Club Football Career
As a teenager, Eden Hazard began his youth career in 1995 at the Royal Stade Brainois. He played for the club until 2003 when he joined Tubize, and in 2005 he moved to the French team Lille. He played in the youth team until 2007 when he managed to advance to the senior national team.
After playing 147 matches and scoring 36 goals for Lille, Chelsea FC took on the attacking midfielder, who will be signed to the senior side in 2012. By the end of the 2017/2018 season, Hazard had already scored 69 goals for the English Premier League side after 208 caps.
